Norcold Ice Box

I let my ice box get hot after defrosting and cleaning the unit. Can you tell me how long it takes for the unit to cool back down when using electric and is it faster to use the propane side if you are in a hurry. This is a Norcold 4 door 1210 about 13 months old. Thank you for your help.

It's going to take several hours. It's easy to keep it cold, but it takes quite a while to cool it down once the walls are warm. I'm not sure which way is faster, we've always used electric.

I don't think it makes much difference. I have used Both at different times and never noticed much difference, it takes about 24 hours to get the big units real cold,
