Along the lines of what racerjoe says, when you say "I have no power to them now." you imply they have worked. Because of this it's probably a fuse is blown. I don't these are worrisome enough to use a circuit breaker. Check the 12v fuse panel. The fuse panel is located right above the 110v distribution panel. Hopefully with these installed at the factory there is a fuse assigned to that circuit. Otherwise there might be on inline fuse.
If this happens a lot, then there is probably something wrong at either of the motors that operate the stabilizers and this should be checked at a service center. Maybe this is covered under factory warranty.
