Keystone Customer Service

As some of you know, we have had issues with our unit, built just after the market crash and during the subsequent downsizing of the company. This was a time of great turmoil and uncertainty, yet we honored our purchase commitment (we ordered it prior to the crash). We feel that quality suffered during this period as employees, soon to be laid off, most likely didn't maintain previous levels of workmanship.

Our frustration leaked out to the forum a week or so ago. The following day we contacted Keystone concerning our frustration and issues. We're happy to share that Keystone has decided to promote their goodwill by accepting our problems as if still under warranty.

If the dealer we have selected cannot adequately address our concerns, we are told that we can return to the service center.

Thank you, Keystone.

That's good to hear!

When did you order, or what was the build date of your BS. We ordered our 3605 RL in the middle of Oct. 2008, and the time from order to delivery was only 3 weeks, so we picked it up a week after that.

I thought that was about the bottom of the crash for Keystone, and we got a really great build quality considering all of the bad stories I have heard from others. Really only minor issues to take care of during the PDI, and nothing major in the 2 years since.

Maybe we were just extraordinarily lucky?!

We ordered ours around 10/2/08 and took possession on 12/11/08. We were supposed to get it prior to Thanksgiving, but due to a furlough, it sat in the paint shop for a week and then went back to Keystone for decals, etc.

We think you were lucky.

Glad to hear your problems are going to be taken care of by Keystone. The squeaky wheel generally gets the grease.

I really like to hear about Keystone stepping up to the plate! Good customer relations + a quality product = increased sales, market share and brand loyalty.

We havwe always had good luck with customer service on our 06 3400 and it has not been without issues. That does not mean I always got my way or that I was always completly satisfied but I have been treated fairly.

I'm glad to hear Keystone stepped up and took care of you. I know they can't "extend" warranty on every situation but sometimes it just makes good sense to do so. And this is the Keystone customer service that was a major factor in our buying our second Montana. And our third.
