Front compartment leak

My 2009 3465 has had both left and right door leaks in the front large compartment. On the left side I fabricated a gutter above the swing out doors. It looks factory and works well. The right side is a different story. The door swings up and I have tried putting more weather stripping in and adding more but it still leaks. I have a rubber mat in the compartment and it gets wet and moldy underneath it unless it is dried out on a regular basis. It is extremely frustrating. For what I paid for this trailer I don't expect to have this problem. Has any one else had this problem and what did you do to do to solve it
