plastic handle on black tank drain keeps breaking

My 2012 Montana 3455sa black tank drain pull handle has broken in too three times keystone has said they do not know of any problems this one vale seems a little harder to pull than the others but that much to make think this is whats causing this problem one other the black tank seems to drain a little slow also and help with this would be very helpful Thanks Big frank
