PullRite/SuperGlide Visit to Mishawaka

I read a past thread on the PullRite/SuperGlide plant @ Mishawaka and one in particular was from Glenn, quoted here in part...

"Also note that every year I have taken my SuperGlide back to PullRire in Indiana and every year PullRite has gone over it 100% and made any repairs or adjustments absloutely free of charge. This included replacing the hitch assembly..."

Is an appointment or call necessary for such visits or simply drive in? I have a Keystone appointment Monday 9/22 AM for a short list of items and was wondering if I could go to Mishawaka from there for a PM visit and inspection of my SuperGlide hitch? Tks. Dennis

no appointment is pretty much the way I do it.

Will you be coming into the fairgrounds before going to Keystone??

Directions are quite simple....
From Goshen Take US Rte 33 north to US Rte 20 west
Take Rte 20 to the Mishawaka/Rte 331 north Exit.
Take Rte 331 north about 3 miles.
Look for Jefferson Road. There is a traffic light at 331 and Jefferson.
Turn right onto Jefferson.
I think it is the first driveway on the right on Jefferson.
Look for "Pulliam" sign. Pulliam is the parent company.
The office is at the end of the driveway.
Ask for Linda Groning, Senior Customer Service Specialist
The lady really knows her stuff about the SuperGlide

We just walked in and the girl behind the counter grabbed some tools, inspected the hitch, and adjusted whatever it is that keeps the hitch from sliding around when not hitched up.

Pullrite (Pulliam) visit on this past Monday. Linda and the plant mgr assisted us professionally on the inspection of our SuperGlide 18K hitch. The hitch and waytubes were in good shape but I did need adjustment on the nylon block area which they did. They also sell SlipPlate at their location. Linda indicated that NAPA will or already is selling SlipPlate but not sure if it is nationwide yet.
A pleasant experience at Pullrite and a productive one. Tks. Pulliam. Dennis

Glad everything worked out as I knew it would.
We were there as usual and as usual Linda Marie and Stubby did a few minor adjustments, srayed on the Slip Plate and we were once again ready for another year of RVing.

I really should point out that this kind of service applys to ANY Pullrite hitch and not just the SuperGlide. And if your hitch needs more than just an adjustment they will pull it out for a day or two, make any repairs, replace bent or badly worn parts and when you get it back it will be like brand new.
