pbahlin.. that is a great post and that is the way it is. Some of us use these guys hard and certainly not as a recreational vehicle. We are fortunate to live within 250 miles of the service center and we have been to every fall rally since we purchased this 06 3400.We keep a to do list between rallies and have all work, repairs modifications done by repair facilities in Elkhart, Goshen aarea that know their way around rv"s. Most dealers just do not have the know how to do major repairs. When our black tank leaked we went to every dealer in the area and asked them how many holding tanks they had replaced...Evey one of them said.....none...Hooked up and went to Goshen. D&T Rv repair in back of the Montana plant did the job in 4 hours. Asked them how mnay they had done.Scores on all brands said they.
