Bolt on class II hitch.

Hi again folks. Curt markets a bolt on class II hitch receiver, designed to go around a 4"x 4" square channel steel bumper, which is whats on the back of my 32' Montana mountaineer. If I bolted one of these on, would I be ok to pull a 3000 lb trailer with tongue weight of about 60 lbs? The wall thickness of my bumper mics to a little under 1/8 inch, (.111 inch) as do the attaching channel sections. It's all welded on. What do you think? All input appreciated.
