Shower faucet and head holder installed upside down

I’m looking at the shower head holder and the head doesn’t slide completely down into the holder. So I slide it in from the bottom and it slides all the way in. Also the fixture weep hole is located on the top of the fixture (see pic) this should be on the bottom. No? Has anyone else noticed this on their Monty? We have a new 2020 3701lk (our second Montana) Thanks Bob
