Best Awning cleaning options

Spring is right around the corner and the weather is starting to break here in Northwest Ohio! Therefore, its times to prepare the 5er for the spring/summer/fall seasons.

What is the best options for cleaning not only the top portion of the awning but also the underneath? Tips...tricks...advice...personal experiences?!

Thanks in advance to all!
