Warranty reimbursement

Pokernose Established Member Join Date: Jan 2011 Location: North Bay Posts: 32 M.O.C. #11089	Warranty reimbursement In December we had a problem with the gas water heater on our 2010 Montanna. Keystone gave the go ahead to have someone repair it. We followed instructions carefully, had the repair done, paid the bill ourselves and then submitted everything to Keystone. It is now February and we are still awaiting our refund for the repairs. Has anyone else had this problem with Keystone?
