AC switch not working

captbanjo Montana Fan Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: Bristol Posts: 396 M.O.C. #1269	AC switch not working Has anyone here had a problem with their AC switch? We're in sunny Sanibel Island in FL and we were running the AC. When I went to shut it off, no go. Just stays on, even if I try to put the switch in the heating position. The only way I can shut it off is to throw the breaker.
