Have you considered taking measurements of your current shower to Lowes, Home Depot, or similar big box stores and see if you can get a better quality shower and could possibly be cheaper. Shouldn't be that hard to install. When/if mine fails that is my plan of attack.

About 8 years ago I installed a 48" corner pan in the master bath of our home to include a glass surround and tile walls. It was surprisingly easy.
