scattershot Montana Master Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: Denver Posts: 1,046 M.O.C. #5329	I have driven 139. It's a long and winding road, as they say. Mostly downhill, and I did it at night. Wouldn't do that again! Marked as a scenic route on maps, but I wouldn't know about that. I can recommend the Colorado River State Park in Fruita. Nice place to stay.
