Sounds like to me someone driving very unsafe and to fast for the circumstances to start out with. Pin weight has a lot to do with this along with many other things. As in the truck not big enough for the trailer, or the trailer not run ning level, pin box not located in the right place, someone not paying attention, or it could be many things. Another thing that it could be would be to much weight on the rear of the trailer also.
