Anything that provides the needed weight capacity and does not have a stamp on the side that says "Made in China" would be a good starting point. We opted for Goodyear 614's, pricey, but so far worry free. An acceptable cheaper alternative in my opinion would be ST rated Maxxi's. Depending on your rig weight (I would assume a 3000RK would be in the greater than 15,000 max weight so I don't think any of the LT tire alternatives would be of consideration unless you strictly control your weight. I am sure you will get other considerations, but foremost is you have to know your max trailer weight as you use it (weigh it) and you have to know your loaded pin weight (again weigh it) in order to make an informed decision.
