We also have a 2020 3121 Montana and yes the table top and the bedroom dresser do scratch and show lots of marks. We are going to sand then down and redo them as soon as it cools off a bit in Arizona. 110 is too hot to work on the inside of the camper!! Other than that we also have a problem with the shower regulator valve, my wife has a very difficult time adjusting the temp of the shower. Have bitched to the dealer and tried a number of so called fixes suggested on this site, but nothing works...so far! Also learned to NEVER travel with the shades down, screws with the mechanism and parts are almost like hen's teeth to find! We also had all the crown molding re-attached after it had fallen down. Some other small defects were fixed by the dealer, which has been great, so far. We enjoy the rig, all the storage space, the huge TV, large frig, ice maker, fireplace and king bed are great! So far all appliances are working great with no problems. We like the cool grey colors and the flooring is great also. Make the space look bigger. Wish the bathroom was a bit bigger, but I guess you don't spend a lot of time in there anyhow. Anyhow, we like the rig a lot, but face it, it's a camper being dragged down the road at 65 mph and things are going to shake, rattle and roll. Every try ridding back there, it's like an earthquake on wheels!!!!
Anyhow, the Montana is built well, the dealer is very important, check them out first of all!! Enjoy and be safe out there!!!
