To set the record straight...
While we were at the rally in Mt. Airy I had told some other campers that my truck was scraped. I noticed that there was a gouge in the back fender and was pretty aggravated after visiting the local Wal-Mart. Well as it turns out the rails on my utility trailer are at the same height and seemingly match up when in a jack-knifed position. Need I say any more? I will say that this may be one dis-advantage of a long wheel base truck.

Hi
I got mine on a chain link fence.
They are big trucks and it is difficult to keep an eye out on all sides. LOL
In my case it even more difficult. This is actuality my wife’s truck and she hasn’t ever damaged it so I never hear the end of it.

Two years ago at the national I backed into a steel pole and broke a basketball size hole in a rear fender.

Bill I had the same thing happen to my old truck. I had my 14' utility trailer jackknife on me and a new bumper, tailgate and fender late it was all like new again with a nice hole in the wallet along with it! I hope I learned from that experience!!

Bill, on my old truck I was convinced someone had shot the side of it while parked in the woods during deer season. After some reflection, I realized it was me who did the shooting while sighting in my buddy's rifle. Resting on one side, shooting across the other, not realizing the geometry involved when the scope is 2" above the barrel. Education through experience is both expensive and priceless.

I forgot to use the emergency brake a few years ago while out deer hunting. While sitting on a trail I heard this really big racket. Grumbling I left my "sit" to find my truck down hill from where parked resting against a tree and the tail gate molded around the tree. Lesson learned.
