I buy the warranty on all cars and Ford. Not when purchasing unless they prove its discounted. You can always buy them later. Ford had special on bumper to bumper 120k zero deductible and bought it months after my purchase. I only buy the manufacturer policy. No after market or unaffiliated policys.
