While in Florida last week, our EMS clicked off twice. Our neighbor had problems with their power going off so he called maintenance. They came and had to replace the 50 breaker due to it overheating. So glad that we had the EMS. No telling what kind of damage might have occurred if it hadn't been there. Money well spent.
