Correct so far on last post! Signs don't describe pickup clearly but as posted above its a weight issue! At Cottonwood Ca Sales include, rented vehicles for moving (UHAUL) must stop. You are bound by your State Law where you reside! Most States have agreements for visitors. I stop if I am not towing at all open scales. I always get waived past. Only got cited one time to learn. When towing I am exempt. Strange laws here in Ca for sure.
