Not sure which faucet you have but it sounds like our Big Sky, what Idid was take the hose off the back of the faucet head and check in there, there was a restrictor in that area, I pulled that out and tossed it. The same for the shower head. I tried pulling the kitchen faucet apart but with the sprayer parts in there I didn't find any restrictor in that area. One of the problems with the kitchen faucet is that the hose the runs up through that armored hose is tiny, less than a 1/4 inch, closer to 1/8th inch. That in itself is a restrictor, the low flow in the kitchen is the norm but you can improve it a bit... Dave and Betsy
