Debbie, as exav8tr points out, the water (tub, bath sink, or kitchen sink) that is the furthest from the hot water heater does take some time to get running warm. It is really noticeable during cooler nights, okkk, cold nights.

I don't remember anyone coming up with a good way around this, maybe they will post if they do.
