Irlpguy has a great point. Gorilla glue is not a good idea. It holds *TOO* well. The facing has to come off to facilitate removal of the slide box. Prying the facing off will tear up (if not destroy) the facing and possibly the frame of the slide box.
My entertainment/kitchen slide box is currently removed awaiting a replacement nylon slide strip. This is the second time it has been removed. Careful nailing is a better solution than Gorilla Glue.
