I don't have and never had a FP....and don't want one. We carry two 1,500 watt Lasko tower heaters. All electric heaters can put out a max of 1,500 watts...so there is no heating advantage with a FP. Granted FPs look good, but the Laskos are portable so we can move them around. With the FP, you can't move it and it takes up valuable storage space.
