Yes you can. Maybe?

I have almost done what you want with my Ram. It has a 440 amp alternator and I use it and my truck to recharge my battery bank. I have 9 100 amp lithium batteries. It takes about 2-3 hours if completely dead. I also have a 12 v air conditioner that we run off the batteries and it will keep the bedroom very cool and will run all night long if needed and by running the fantastic fan in the kitchen it helps the rest of the coach , if it’s not to hot.

Here’s my setup:
440 amp battery
High idle on the truck

I used the same basic setup on out 41’ sail boat. A great place to research would be in boating forums. They have been using solos and generators for a long time.

I know it’s not exactly what you were looking for. But maybe it’s a step in the right direction.

Remember just about any thing can be done with time and resources.
