My 2010 3400RL has the 11" (12"?)drop frame and so far I have had no trouble with frame flex that I'm aware of. When we purchased ours last August 2013 we were also looking at a 2011 model and the two were virtually identical with just very subtle interior décor differences and a price difference of $15000. The 2011 did have the 6 point auto level up system but I couldn't justify the price difference for that. From what I can tell the two model years are pretty much the same camper in respect to the frame and interior layout. When set up for longer stays I do put a scissors jack from ground to frame in front of each forward wheel to remove any bounce from the tires. Tim
