We just got it back from the shop....leak in the roof....not fixed yet! But I went out to let the slides out and they barely made it!! Usually the kitchen slide will stop on me once and I’ll move to the other slides but this took me several tries on each slide. Checked the control panel inside and it showed the battery was empty. I’m thinking we just don’t understand in which position these things should be. *♀️

With that being said if your unit was at the dealers for any length of time and they didn't plug it in I suspect your battery went flat. There are several thing that run all the time CO2 detectors ect. If your battery wasn't up to full charge that would cause the problems you described
