That was my thoughts as well. It's one thing to have a crack in a side wall, but to have that kind of damage to the frame and suspension, in addition to all the other damage, were they using this as an off road camper and jumping it across the terrain? I think I would have noticed that damage way before it got that bad without real close inspections. No wonder the manufacturer and their insurance are giving them a hard time with any claims, that is just abuse caused damage.
