Yes, but I don't use it mainly due to either bandwidth issue or cap. I first tried a sling-box to tie into home (Dish, direct or cable works) using campground wifi. It was too slow. Many campgrounds now will shut you down if you are downloading video.
I have an air card running 3G which is normally fast enough. However, I have a 5gig cap. Watching a minimum amount of video will chew up the cap in no time.
