We live, camp and travel all over the Northeast and have yet had a problem other then a couple times when I didn't believe the low bridge sign and had to do a back up and turn around. In the past 50 years we have been all over the Adirondacks, Vermont's Green and New Hamshire's White Mountains plus a bunch of Maine's coast and mountains. Can you get in a bind - of course but a good RV GPS while not 100% will keep you from mistakes.

One warning though - campgrounds all over the Northeast start closing around Columbus Day Weekend, so you do need to check carefully as there are some that will stay open longer. I know that some of the best camping is mid to late October but most CGs don't want to get caught without their water systems drained such as this year when it went from 80F to 25F the same week in the 'North Woods' the 3rd week of Oct.
