Mine looks like this one which was leaking out of the top crimp on the day I did our walk through Oct. 31, 2017.
Which appears to be the Marshall Excelsior MEGR-9984 2 stage Automatic Regulator from AMZN for $38.19
It looks identical to the Fairview model. I did notice that the JR Products 07-31525 Compact has a lifetime warranty. I think all of them are made in China though.
Any of them should do the job as long as the fitting size is correct.
The latest version of yours might be this one that claims to have a 5 year warranty.
