The way I would describe them is thus: Take and hold a breath, push your chest down and in like a crunch exercise. Hold it for a ten count. Somehow this places pressure on the heart and helps restore a natural beat. My guy called it Pre-atrial tachycardia and as result I am left with an abnormal beat known as PVC (Pre-Venrtal something). I also suffer from CRS as you can see.

Thanks Bob I could not remember what the doctor called it, but thats just about what he told me, Stiles I dont know if you have had a monitor attached yet but if not you should ask your doctor about it it. It's only one day test, you write everthing you do or are about to do, with the times, and all that stuff that they ask for, if anything happens it will be recorded, but in my case nothing happened. it doesnt hurt either,
just pulling the sticky things off you chest.
