Lynwood - you gotta go back and read it again. It's going out perfectly straight. The slide is adjusted to the NORCO/BAL website/manual and has the proper amount of tightness in the cables with no slack now. It's that the slide is tilted in the 5ers side wall by about .25". i.e. not level with the bottom frame as it should be to prevent diagonal corners from rubbing.
