He is probably referring to the SWR, which is only available in 3:42 , Aisin or not, DRW you have the option of all three. The Megacab 3500 DRW which is what the OP is buying, only Ram with a short bed, but also has the three gear ratio as options.
The Aisin has nothing to do with whats available on the SRW ,its only the 3:42
