Dennis, I really don't have a clue but wonder if maybe the vent cover is not fully seated? Maybe there's just enough give there to cause that squeak? Probably a long shot.

Now that we're discussing gremlins, we've had one since day one that only occurs in very cold weather. It's not a squeak, it's a snap that makes me think of the aluminum frame. When I step off the bedroom floor onto the bath area floor in cold (say below 35F or so) there's a brief snap that sounds like it's echoing throughout the rig. After it does this it won't do it again for a couple of hours. Come to think of it, this would be the same area where we see that gap when hitched up, the one Keystone is going to check out for us when we get there in May.
