Our approach is different, and I know will not work for those of you used to a large meal for your dinner/evening meal.

We have, for years, had our large meal of the day at midday.

For dinner, we have fruit, yogurt, cheese and crackers, those types of things, finger foods.

We both have issues with large meals and reflux when we go to the land of zzzzzzzzzzzzz if we eat later in the day.

Another option, just an option. LOVE options!
