We have a 2018 3913FB and found out the hard way! (Major black tank over-flow) Our washer & the half bath vanity both drain to the black tank.
Keystone routed the washer waste line to the easiest, nearest tank which was the black.
It's normal operation to keep the black tank valve closed for the reasons we all know.
This means draining & flushing the blk tank, washing clothes then closing tank & partial filling + chemicals each time you want to do laundry. A pain specially if you are full timing!
I'm in the process of rerouting the washer so that it ties into the 3" line outside so that it does not drain into any tank.
