There are several legacy 30A only parks. Not sure about Memaloose but it's very possible. Check out is typically 1pm and most parks will let you into your site if it's vacant. It's possible that it will depend on the nature of the park host. I've been denied early access only once, many years ago, and that was at Cove Palisades. I've never stayed at Memaloose but the odds are in your favor.
