Don't have level up on my unit so I probably shouldn't even reply. I do have a basic understanding of hydraulics. A sealed system should not lose fluid over time. I agree with jeffba, two quarts is a lot of fluid to lose. If it is losing fluid there is leak somewhere. As the unit is only six months old I wonder if it was filled properly from the factory.
