I have also reflected and prayed in my own way. We never know where or when something like this will happen. I am staying prepared with God and trust that He has us all in His hands!
I am not even going to pretend to understand why events like this happen except that, it is driven by evil. I believe God was with the woman and her husband in southern North Carolina that spotted him and turned him in.
