If your Montana came from Mike Thompson in CA the MT # on it is their unit numbering. They put MT on the Montana and I believe MM on the Mountaineers. Ours had MT07063 on it, we picked it up Nov 2006. So the number you have is probably M. Thompson's inventory number.
