My guess is that you were so impressed with the beauty of the bridge that you didn't notice the toll booths. OMG, I hope I didnt run the toll booth, otherwise they have a warrant out for me, haha.... no, there was NO booth
, per DW also whom I questioned. Also I kept my eye on the lane, as right after this picture was taken, by DW through windshield, it broke down to 1 lane for maintenance work near the center of the bridge. Oh well, dont matter, it's just a beautiful drive over and had a very nice drive down the eastcoast of Lake Michigan also, towards Benton Harbor.
