Michael, I'm not sure about that. I was thinking ours had a short arm on it that you release, then turn as needed and lock back in place. Our long topper holds water, and I had wanted the dealer to adjust it. They told me the sag is normal. I did see a motorhome that had a support in the middle of the topper roll to keep it straight. That looks like a good idea to me. Just one thing. I have adjusted those spring loaded over head doors. Take care, that thing will eat your knuckles.
