Texas and New Mexico Travels

We live in San Antonio, Texas, and have gone to a nice park near Lake Vallecito, Colorado (near Durango). Same trip for the past 8 years and the same stops--Kerrville-Buckhorn Lake RV Park, Ft. Stockton-Ft. Stockton RV Park, Las Cruces, NM-Hacienda, Santa Fe, NM-Santa Fe Skies.
How was the trip this year?? Started on July 23 for 70 days of travel.
Kerrville and Ft. Stockton were HOT! And very few RV's in the park. We did not notice that many heading east on I-10.
Las Cruces--better weather but not that many RV's in Hacienda that has generally been about 85% full.
Santa Fe--much cooler but rain. Even Santa Fe Skies had openings during the week.
And not many RV's on I-25 from Las Cruces to Santa Fe.
Bought Diesel in Ft. Stockton for $4.59 at WalMart and $4.77 in Las Cruces. Better than what I expected.
Just thought that some fellow Monty travelers would be interested.
