I haul my Brinks smoker with me when I head up north. It is a gas one that is bout 3-4 ft high and round. I have a cover for it so that way once I get the trailer hooked up I can lay it on its side and lay it crosswise in front of the tailgate. Then I throw an extra lp bottle in beside the hitch.
