Hi How many have used a product called Black Jack Roof Gard 700? It says it will last for seven years. Roof must be pressure washed and if their is any Mold, that must be cleaned off before coated. I haven't had any leaks and I have used Dicor chalk a few times were it looked like it needed it. I am thinking about a full roof coat. Just wanted to see if any one has used the product above. Thanks.
