Sounds like typical stress cracks to me and typical does not mean that it happens all the time and to all. Just like in house construction, when you have settling in the ground below an area of a wall with windows and doors...there will be cracking in the sheetrock over time. In our montys, imagine what the jolts of poor road surfaces, bridge/road junctions, etc do to the unit. And if the cutout for the window in the door wasn't absolutely smooth (ie, had a router caused over-cut), then that jolt will concentrate stress to that area. Just like the cracks in deck stair stringers when they do over-cuts with the circular saw during construction. Is this the cause of your inner door cracking??? Who knows. John
