I had same issue, if you have the norcold double door fridge, there is a piece on the left door, its black and slides when you close the door, if you manually move that piece BEFORE you close the fridge, and close that door first, then the other, it keeps both doors open just a crack, and I can still close the slides. Works great, and no extra parts needed.
