Was there a sign that said use left lane or right lane closed ahead? Not sufficient warning for heavy traffic. Sign truck should have been out of the right lane unless something stating right lane closed ahead.Being out of state you are automatically wrong according to the police. When you see these signs in the future, slow down to prepare for the unexpected.
